Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• One-time projects: 50% deposit required to begin work; balance due upon completion
• Monthly services: Billed monthly in advance
• Invoices: Due within 14 days of issuance

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the website we create for you. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting and Maintenance

For clients utilizing our hosting services:

• Websites are hosted on reliable, secure servers
• Monthly maintenance includes security updates and backups
• Content updates are included up to the limits specified in your plan
• Hosting fees are non-refundable

Cancellation

You may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Hosting will continue until the end of the billing period
• We can provide a full backup of your website
• Transfer of domain names can be facilitated upon request

Limitation of Liability

Seven Hills Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Hills Web from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
